Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Project management / Construction Management / ArchitectureAt least 8 years working experience in construction and project management in property development.At least 2 years of management experience and able to lead a team of consultants and internal departments.Experience in Civil and Structural Engineering is preferred.Has strong knowledge in construction management, contract administration and budgeting.Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements, and guidelines in property development.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
