Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Manager, Strategic Account Management to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
This role will be reporting to Lead, Strategic Accounts Management in the Commercial Department.
The department generally is responsible for planning, strategizing and implementing sustainable growth strategies through various campaigns, innovative and creative ideas for leading brands in the F&B landscape.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic Relationship ManagementEmbody the philosophy that strong business partnerships are forged through strong interpersonal relationships.Represent foodpanda as an ambassador for our strategic partners, possessing holistic knowledge of the entire delivery business.Build yearly business plans incorporating the growth strategies of both foodpanda and our partners.Conduct data analysis, insights generation, reporting, operational and invoicing resolutions.Understand the issues faced by our strategic partners and execute scalable solutionsClearly communicate monthly/quarterly initiative to partnersEnsure timely and successful delivery of foodpanda's solutions in line with the partner's needs and objectives.Sales & MarketingEducate partners on the foodpanda marketing suite to grow on the foodpanda platform.Exponentially grow the commercial revenue of your partner portfolio through the selling of platform growth tools.OperationsWork with foodpanda's Commercial and Operations teams to analyze partner operational metrics and pre-empt problem areas.Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth through operational best practices.Collaboration:Participate and lead the execution of high-impact projects in support of the larger foodpanda business.Work with foodpanda's Commercial and Marketing teams to implement and scale marketing campaignsWork with foodpanda's Operations teams to analyze partner operational metrics, pre-empt problem areas & suggest/ deploy scalable solutionsQualificationsAt least 6 years of relevant working experience in account management.Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing and sales-based relationship management role.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions in alignment with the growth strategy of your organization.An analytical mindset with a penchant for identifying business opportunities within data patterns.Knowledge of the restaurant business (operations, marketing) would be a big plus.Job ownership is an important part of our company culture, thus structure and discipline are optimal traits in the ideal hire.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred, though relevant training will be provided.Key CompetenciesStrategic Account Management Client Relationship buildingUp-sell/Cross SellingE-commerce knowledge is preferredData Analytics & Insights Revenue Management Project Management
