Manager, Students Experience & Alumni RelationsResponsibilities:
Enhance Student Engagement and Satisfaction:
The Manager will develop and oversee programmes that boost student involvement in campus life, continuously monitoring and analyzing student satisfaction to identify and address areas for improvement. The post-holder will also support the development of student clubs and organizations by providing necessary resources and guidance, ensuring a vibrant and engaging campus environment.
Develop and Maintain Alumni Relations:
The Manager will build strong alumni relationships to create a supportive network. This will involve creating and implementing alumni engagement initiatives, such as events, networking opportunities, and regular communication with alumni. The Manager will maintain an up-to-date alumni database and work closely with alumni to expand networking and other engagement opportunities.
Develop and Execute Engagement Strategies:
The Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of student and alumni programmes that align with institutional goals. This includes managing budgets effectively, regularly evaluating programme effectiveness, and making improvements based on feedback and emerging trends in higher education.
Student and Alumni Support Services:
The Manager will oversee the delivery of exceptional support services to students and alumni, including resolving inquiries and collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive support. The Manager will also identify and address emerging needs to continually improve service offerings.
Collaboration and Partnership Development:
The Manager will foster strong collaborations with internal departments and external partners to enhance student and alumni experiences. This includes coordinating joint initiatives and developing partnerships that create additional opportunities for students and alumni, such as internships and community engagement projects.
Alumni Philanthropic Opportunities:
The Manager will collaborate with INCEIF Endowment Fund to identify potential donors among alumni, cultivate major gifts, and strengthen philanthropic support for the institution.
Data Management and Reporting:
The Manager will maintain accurate records of engagement activities and generate insights from data to inform decision-making and programme development. The post-holder will use data analytics to track progress toward engagement goals and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure Legal Compliance and Risk Management:
The Manager will ensure all student and alumni activities comply with legal and university policies. This involves regular reviews and updates to minimize risks and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
Graduand Affairs:
The Manager will provide support in matters regarding graduand affairs; pre event, during event and post events.
Other Duties:
The Manager will perform any other duties or tasks as required by the superior to support the overall goals and operations of the department. This may include participating in special projects, cross-functional initiatives, or other activities that enhance the department's effectiveness and contribute to institutional objectives. The Manager is expected to be flexible and adaptable, willing to undertake new challenges as the department's needs evolve.
