Manager, Supplier Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:
Establish Supplier Quality Expectations Manual.
Establish Supplier Approval Program and Guidelines in collaboration with Procurement (e.g., New Supplier Approval, Technical advice).
Manage the Supplier Quality Audits Program, including scheduling, audits, and follow-up closure.
Collaborate with Procurement on the Supplier Performance Monitoring Program to ensure timely actions for low-performance vendors.
Follow up on suppliers' related CPAR for closure.
Troubleshoot Supplier Quality Issues and provide technical advice.
Establish Specification Management Program for new product development specification approval.
Standardize specifications for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
Establish the specification database in collaboration with R&D.
Lead supplier-related discussions when the plant faces challenges regarding technical advice for acceptance/rejection of materials.
Establish Materials Monitoring Program (MMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Analyze high-risk suppliers for effective monitoring of Food Safety and Quality Supply of raw materials.
Escalate any supplier or materials-related food safety and quality risks for timely action.
JOB REQUIREMENTSPossess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in a Food Manufacturing environment, food safety, and quality audits.
Proven experience in leading supplier quality management.
Confident with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
