The Manager, Talent Development, is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance employee growth, skill development, and organizational performance.
The incumbent will focus on identifying training needs, designing learning and career development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous development.
Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading key projects, ensuring policy development and governance, as well as ensuring the smooth delivery of operational and administrative tasks to meet the demands of the Talent Development team.
Reporting Line: The position reports to HR Director under broad direction.
