Manager, Technical Sales (Flour)

Job Responsibilities
• Managing Flour Technical activities (flour complaint, baking demonstration & flour technical training)
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for flour products in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor on flour products, applications, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with stakeholders, promote our flour products, and represent the company professionally.
Education & Qualification
• Food Technologist / Food Science
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
• 10 years
Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
• Baking Science and Technology Certificate (Baking knowledge). Added advantage
