What will you do? To ensure that all agreed control and process are being followed by the Foreign Exchange (FX) operations team by conducting control sampling review and on the day to day processing. To perform process review to identify gap and promote risk free processing. To front line all new process and project as part of process improvement or onboarding by working closely with the operation manager and Senior Management team, which may result in improvement of our risk environment. Responsible to drive any operational effectiveness process and project in mind of transforming the current operating model to achieve a better and more robust operating model. Create end to end model by incorporating Bank & Trust into one single operation model. Support by holding the team accountable to the service alignment, accuracy and quality by developing efficient process model and risk governance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
