As a Transformation Manager at CARSOME, you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing key organizational changes and ensuring the company's strategic objectives are met. This role will be part of the Regional Supply Chain & Operations team. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Commercial, Operations, FP&A, Product & Technology, Data, Marketing & others, to lead and support transformation initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day:
Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Conduct detailed analysis of business operations, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
You Know-How:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. 7 years of experience in project management or business transformation roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and work with cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Well versed in Business Financials. Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing business transformation initiatives. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior management consulting experience preferred.
Success Metrics :
Successful implementation of transformation projects within designated timelines and budget. Improvement in key performance indicators related to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness and impact of transformation initiatives.
