The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Meet the team:This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing global team in an exciting new role as Treasury Manager APAC based in Penang, Malaysia.As treasury manager you will be responsible for treasury across all APAC legal entities.
Your role will include, but is not limited to, cash forecasting, funding, regulatory reporting, currency exposure management, project implementation, bank account management and merchant banking.
You will be responsible for leading a treasury team based in Manila, Philippines that supports not only the APAC region, but Dexcom globally.
You will be working very closely in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders (external / internal) globally.
Where you come in:Responsible for designing, implementing and managing the cash forecast and funding process for all APAC legal entities, including internal loans and capital contributionsProvide treasury support and advice for the Malaysia leadership teamResponsible for the relationship and regulatory filings with the Central Bank of Malaysia along with any other mandatory regulatory reporting in the APAC regionManage all banking relationships in the region, actively seeking out opportunities and improvementsResponsible for the global corporate card schemes, including the administration of the facilities as well as seeking out ways to manage these more effectively, leading any efforts doing soLead a regional team working very closely with the treasury team in North America and EMEA ensuring all the team's KPIs are metSupport the foreign currency hedge program, with specific ownership of implementing measures to minimize FX risk in APAC and provide support on markets with currency controls in placeOwning the intercompany process, from approvals to cash settlement, in timeframes agreedManage all audit requirements on behalf of treasury for APAC legal entitiesRepresenting treasury on projects, reviews and other key meetings in the regionDriving process improvements and supporting change initiativesWhat makes you successful:Experience working in corporate treasury for a large Malaysia based companyPeople management and local leadership experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood planning and organization skills to balance and prioritize workloadDesire to learn and grow in the role, and willingness to accept and incorporate feedbackEffective communication, analytical, research and negotiation skillsExperience of Treasury Management System (Kyriba), Advanced Excel and Oracle is a plus
