About Our Client Our client is a global HRD consultancy firm that specializes in corporate training and development, conducting various professional services and courses to notable global corporations. Coupled with their extensive network of global partners, they are currently looking for a Managing Consultant based in Malaysia with extensive consulting and business development experience.
Job Description Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:
Understand market trends and emerging industries. Develop training materials and case studies aligned with client needs. Deliver engaging and effective training programs. Foster a mindset shift and application of skills to real-world challenges. Build relationships and drive sales with prospective clients. Drive digital transformation and expansion initiatives. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit in innovating new services or markets. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate must be confident in delivering corporate trainings at a high-level while growing the business and driving revenue across the APAC region. It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
MBA or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of consulting or industry experience (globally-recognized Universities/Companies/Firms are extremely advantageous and high preferred) Exceptional communicator and presenter, and excellent command of English who can captivate the audience when you speak. Passionate in driving HRD agendas while being a strong thought leader Driven to explore new opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen and commercial capabilities to drive sales. Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and possesses a meticulous attention to detail. Great interpersonal and diplomatic skills for collaborating with diverse colleagues and customers, building strong relationships.
