Managing Consultant

This is a pivotal role for a seasoned Managing Consultant who thrives in fast-paced environments and whose versatility enables them to wear multiple hats with ease. You'll be the captain of the ship, steering projects involving ERP systems, automation programs, AI, mobile applications, and dashboards and analytics. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and dedication to quality will play a crucial role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of technology for their business, propelling them towards lasting success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management



-Lead project teams through all stages of the implementation cycle, from initial scoping and planning to final deployment and support


-Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with meticulous attention to detail


-Monitor project progress against plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain schedule and budget compliance


-Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to guarantee flawless software implementations


-Manage project risks proactively, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies


-Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Team Leadership and Collaboration



-Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, including technical experts, consultants, analysts, and client representatives


-Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment, encouraging open communication and shared ownership


-Mentor and coach team members, developing their skills and knowledge to build a high-performing project environment


-Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

Technical Expertise and Innovation



-Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies related to project management, business software solutions, and specific areas of specialization (e.g., ERP, AI, mobile apps)


-Proactively propose innovative solutions and approaches to client challenges, drawing on your technical expertise and industry knowledge


-Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for project implementation

Client and Stakeholder Management



-Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and exceeding expectations.


-Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear communication and updates.


-Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.


-Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations.
