Manage project risks proactively, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, including technical experts, consultants, analysts, and client representatives.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment, encouraging open communication and shared ownership.
Mentor and coach team members, developing their skills and knowledge to build a high-performing project environment.

Technical Expertise and Innovation
