Managing Director- PrimaBaguz will lead all commercial activities for the enterprise, including sales, marketing, finance and the development of both short- and long-range strategic plans.
This Leader's primary goal will be to drive the expansion of the PrimaBaguz foodservice supplier business (QSR), including scaling presence in new markets throughout Southeast Asia (SEA).

Since acquiring PrimaBaguz in 2020, a Malaysian manufacturer of halal meat products, Johnsonville has strengthened its presence in Southeast Asia.
Established in 1987, PrimaBaguz offers over 100 high-quality halal food products and primarily serves global foodservice customers, including quick-service restaurants and catering services.
Johnsonville aims to leverage PrimaBaguz's expertise to establish it as a hub for halal foods, targeting expanding markets in Asia and the Middle East.
ResponsibilitiesLead the integration of PrimaBaguz into the overall Johnsonville Enterprise by connecting the business, people and processes with other subsidiaries and the US-based headquarters.
Create and implement the overall commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Johnsonville's food service business across SEA.
Lead and nurture sales and marketing teams, including oversight on key account management, client satisfaction and expansion of customer base.
Drive new market expansion and growth, through both regional account expansion and new account pursuit locally.
Collaborate with supply chain to ensure alignment on business goals.
Provide regular reporting and engage with senior management on performance of commercial activities.
Ensure that all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and Johnsonville's internal compliance standards.
Education/ Experience/SkillsMBA required.
Minimum of ten (10) years of general management experience within commercial functions.
P&L owner for regional / global food service suppliers with deep understanding of commercial and operations in the context of SEA / Asia.
Possess executive relationships with QSR / HORECA chains in SEA that can be leveraged to grow Johnsonville's food service business.
Proven success in expanding and scaling food service accounts in new markets within SEA / Asia.
Experience in managing and developing food service account teams.
Language (oral and written) – Full professional fluency in English required, additionally fluency in Malay and Mandarin preferred.
