Managment Trainee - Contracts

-Good knowledged on individual and SME Contract management   -Contract Renewal / Termination / Cancellation -Contract Upgrade / Downgrade subcription  -Customers queries -Insurance -Experinced in Ctos Management  -Agreement Liason with Lawyers -Tracking / Updates of Weekly Contracts  -Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
-Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
-Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.

-Fresh graduates are welcomed or candidates with at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field.
-Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, construction team, and sub-contractors.
-Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and prefer Mandarin speaker as need to liaise with the China clients as needed.
