In this position, you'll be required to:
Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
To excel in this role, you'll require:
Able to converse fluently usingMandarinandEnglish .
Able to read & writeTraditional Mandarin .
Education:SPM , UEC, O-level or above.
Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply.
It would be fantastic if you possess:
Six months or more of customer service experience.
