Mandarin Customer Service (E-Hailing)

Qualifications:Minimum SPM; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements:Proficiency in Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
Training:Full training provided.
Shift Availability:Willingness to work rotational shifts, including off days.
Each shift is 9 hours, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Location:Position based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
Inbound Call Handling:Address customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and any product-related issues.
Customer Service Excellence:Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering accurate information and high-quality service.
Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively to meet KPI targets and maintain SLA standards.
Work Schedule:5-day workweek.
