Full Training Provided .
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off days.
Each shift consists of9 working hours , inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break.
Applicant must be willing to work inIskandar Puteri, Johor .
Responsibilities include handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
5 working days in a week.
