Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements:
Must be able to converse fluently usingMandarin & English.
Must be able toreadandwritetraditional & simplifiedMandarin words, and English.
24/7 shift system (5 days a week, 9 hours a day).
Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or above.

14 days AL; 14 days ML; 60 days hospitalization leave.
