Details of the offer

- Fluency inTraditional Mandarin(speaking, reading, and typing) is required.
-Average Englishcommunication skills would be an advantage.
-Diploma holdersare welcome to apply!
- Must be willing to work in a24/7 rotational shift, including public holidays.
- Possibility of a work-from-home arrangement after three months based on performance.
- Able to work inKL Sentral(fully on-site office, easily accessible by LRT).
- Interest in customer service and theFintech industry.
- Ability to proactively and independently work towards meeting targets and goals.
Job Description:- Review and verify client's data and input into KYC system.
- Liaise with various business units and departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance with internal controls, company policies, corporate governance, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Respond and manage client inquiries through email communication and live chat.
- Attend to 1st level related customer fronting and back-office processing works:Account inquiries
