Mandarin Customer Support Executive (Reservation - Penang)

Job RequirementsEducational Qualifications:Fresh-graduate welcome (SPM welcome), high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Skills & Experience:Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
Technical Proficiency:Basic computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools.
Willingness to Relocate:Willing to relocate to George Town.
Work Schedule:Willing to work in Rotational Shift - 24/7.
Reservation Management:Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and policies.
Customer Support:Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
Resolve issues related to booking errors, cancellations, and refunds.
Compliance:Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Training:Provide training to new staff.
Working Hours:5 working days - 9 hours per shift.
