(Mandarin) Production Planning & Control Executive

**Roles**:- **Planning, scheduling & coordinating **production of the company's products- **Evaluating raw materials & equipment** to ensure everything is in place for production- Liaising & negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases- Monitoring **inventory levels **& replenishing stock as needed- Handling customer inquiries to update the delivery date of the order & ensuring successful delivery of finished goods- Coordinate with Production & QC team to provide the justification & recovery plan for any backlog & update the customer timely- **Forecasting supply & demand** requirements to ensure stock availability- Input data in ERP system to create updated status reports for quick reference of project progress and deadlines- Attend customer's meeting when needed**Requirements**:- Diploma / Degree holder with **2-4 years experience** in **production planning & control / material planning **in manufacturing environment.- Knowledge in both ISO 9001 & 14001- Good communication skill.
