Customer Support: Assist with online orders through phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
Payment Processing: Handle payments securely, safeguarding customer and financial data.
Issue Resolution: Proactively address concerns and escalate when necessary.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and improve the customer experience.
Job RequirementsFresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to speak in Mandarin.
Great attitude for customer service.
Eye for details.
Working 24/7 (9 hours), Between Monday to Sunday 5 working days, 2 days off.
Working Location in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
