Mandarin Speaking Junior Legal Executive (Jalan Ampang)

-Drafting, reviewing and advising on all contracts and contractual documents


-Providing legal advice in respect of the business activities and legal issues/ disputes


-Liaison with external lawyers on the business activities and legal issues/ disputes


-Contribute towards raising awareness to the legal risks and the critical need to take proactive measures to mitigate potential legal exposure.


-Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities, if necessary.


-Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

; Requirements:-


-Have a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.


-At least 2 years of relevant experience In-house paralegal experience is viewed as an added advantage.


-Strong and good written and oral communication skills in English. 


-Critical thinking ability to evaluate fact situation, identify legal issues, analyse, understand and apply the statutes and regulations.


-Accountability and high professional integrity and mature.
