Job Responsibility:
Manage the day-to-day office and personal tasks of the CEO, including prioritizing important deliverables.
Maintain accurate calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are kept in order.
Participate in highly confidential meetings, providing accurate records, transcribing minutes, and distributing them accordingly.
Draft high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Canva.
Collaborate with team members to organize various corporate events, ensuring smooth execution.
Act as a liaison for the CEO office, handling internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documentation as needed.
Maintain monthly expense reports and petty cash records for the CEO office.
Reconcile pre-approved monthly credit card statements of the CEO office.
Assist in managing CEO branding and corporate branding initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative/executive support roles with increasing responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy, especially regarding deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information.
Possess a highly organized work style with excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate high accountability, professional work ethics, and integrity.
Preferred self-initiative and adaptable personality to handle dynamic tasks.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook, with expertise in Excel analysis, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English
