**JOB OVERVIEW**To handle purchasing and play a pivotal role in securing high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our business. Have to follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming stock, and be responsible for approving purchases.**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**To create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliersTo estimate and establish budgets for purchasesTo make professional decisions in a fast-paced environmentTo review all vendors and suppliersTo negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contractsTo develop plans for purchasing services, and suppliesTo ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standardsTo work with team members to complete duties as needed.To maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future developmentTo estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchasesTo prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, including expenditures, savings, and supplier performance.
