We are expanding our manufacturing process control organization and looking for plant information engineers who enjoy working in dynamic, collaborative and diverse global teams to provide support to ExxonMobil manufacturing sites.
Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Digital Solutions Engineer to join our global team. The role is based in Menara ExxonMobil, Kuala Lumpur.
What you will doIf successful, you will represent the Business Unit in providing effective above-site manufacturing digital and data optimization support. Key deliverables include:
Provide L3 and L4 Uniformance operations support to Manufacturing Sites, including ongoing work processes, upgrades and projects for refineries and chemical plants.
Optimize Uniformance tool and features for Business teams' decision-making process.
Digitalize Manufacturing environment by working closely with Manufacturing Engineering Division on digital improvement opportunities.
Application consultancy and support across a broad portfolio of applications.
Data Visualization - Work with Business Teams to identify how data visualization can deliver business value.
Partnership with Business and Key Contacts:
Primary interface for remote engineering support with manufacturing Site Engineers.
Define and implement initiatives, upgrades and sustenance.
Collaborate with Application Engineers to ensure applications are operating at optimum level.
Maintain strong working relationship with Manufacturing Control Systems on technology roadmap.
About youSkills and Qualifications
Experience with database management (SQL), Ms.Excel macros and other digital related work deliverables.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
Troubleshooting skills, innovative and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team.
