Manage and supervise assembly operation and ensure that products are shipped on time and in good quality.
Responsibilities
Ensure products are delivered on time with quality and fulfill customer requirements.
Improve manufacturing process flow and efficiency.
Control output to achieve target and increase output.
Control and improve quality of the product to minimize quality defects.
Respond and act to customer feedback.
Ensure discipline and SOP enforcement.
Communicate between technician and management.
Solve technical problems in the assembly process to prevent scrap and potential quality costs.
Simplify the assembly process for cost savings.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Skills & Abilities
Possess very good and effective communication skills at all levels within the organization.
Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
Computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft applications.
Lead a group of production leads and technicians.
Physical Characteristics
Mature and pleasant personality with high energy and enthusiasm.
Education & Experience
Recognized diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing-related environment.
Critical analytical thinking.
Good quality mindset.
Team player.
Willingness to learn.
