Manufacturing Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
To monitor the efficiency of the production lines, be in charge of production troubleshooting and ensure the quality of the product meets customer requirements Study production and machine requirementsDiagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and trainingDesign and install equipmentOrganize and manage manufacturing workflows and resourcesImprove production and inspection process through jig, fixture and gauge design cum fabrication Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performanceResolve issues and delays in productionFind ways to reduce costs and maximize qualityTrain staff in new and existing processesCollaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliersEnsure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulationsUpgrade systems and processes with new technologyTo follow up on relevant production non-conformance issues and ensure action is taken accordinglyProvide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.To identify & implement continuous improvements to the Company's production processesDevelop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliabilityCarry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/ManagementDevelop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Degree / Diploma holder in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.Min 5 year working experience in related to the field.Project management skillsProblem-solving abilityAbility to occasionally work late shifts
