Manufacturing Line Leader & Qa/ Qc Assistant (Philippines Based)

Manufacturing Line Leader  Responsibility: Responsible for updating all assembly records.In charge of coming spare parts for work order product.Coordinate with assembly operator on the packing for delivery and shipment.Prepare & control of hardcopy document.Main assembly of the products assigned.Ensure the units assembled are in good conditions and maintain a tidy working area.Provide support in the packing in for delivery and shipment.Ensure that the production is met accordinglyTo perform other related jobs as assigned by superior from time to time.Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485. QA/QC Assistant  Responsibility:           
To coordinate daily inspection activities.Work closely with production and sales & marketing team and provide timely resolution to customer complaints or feedback on quality issues.Work closely with customer on the product quality performance and ensure that all the customer product quality requirements are fulfilled.Compile analyses and present Quality report on a regular basis to track and improve company performance.Assist to review of quality issues, analyse, implement and then follow-up on relevant issues.To perform duties as assigned by superior from time to time.Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485. Experience / Skill Requirements : At least 3 years in a similar position in manufacturing industry.Experience in maintain and implementing CE Marking, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and related requirements.Willing to be posted to Cavite, Philippines for at least 2 years.Able to communicate in English.Possess working experience in factory operation environment & familiar with manufacturing process.
