Oversee production runs to ensure effective product delivery.
Monitor daily operations, identify and resolve abnormalities.
Implement cost-saving strategies and maximize resource utilization.
Manage and minimize production downtime and yield loss.
Maintain compliance with food safety and quality control requirements.
Initiate and oversee production improvement projects.
Develop and update standard operating procedures.
Prepare and submit monthly production reports to management.
Conduct meetings to ensure communication and efficiency.
