Ensuring timely headcount replenishment.Regularly review and work with trainer to refine operator On-Job-Training to enable trained operator quality at optimum duration.Responsible for 5S, Employee Suggestion (ESS), Near miss reporting, waste reduction, LPA, OPL monitoring and closure.Coach and train Production Leader, Milkrun, SMED Team and Operators for continuous improvement and personal development.To lead the team on their daily duties and to conduct their annual performance appraisal.Passionate in leading team for continuous improvement projects.Participate/Lead Daily Leadership Routines (DLR1) meeting with leaders and operators.Participate/Coordinate for any line audit preparation.
Actively involve in audit findings closure.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or related fieldAt least 5 years working of experience in SMT Process and preferable to have practical experience in SAP knowledgePFMEA, Quality and product knowledgeGood in English communication and written skillLeading a large group of operation with >50 blue collar staffsAdditional InformationLeave Entitlement eg: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
