Manufacturing/Process Engineer (Design) - Semiconductor Industry

Receive and organize customer drawings and documents, ensuring proper classification and management, and prepare detailed process documentation.Evaluate customer drawings against internal production capabilities to ensure accurate design alignment.Clarify any questions or discrepancies in the drawings with the customer through effective communication and document the outcomes.Manage and document product changes, ensuring seamless updates to the Bill of Materials (BOM), process cards, drawings, stencils, cutting programs, and related materials.Lead the use of ERP systems and design software to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure accuracy in the review process.Oversee the cost calculation process, ensuring precise and comprehensive cost analysis.Monitor and confirm the completion of weekly Manufacturing Instruction (MI) tasks.Prepare and submit monthly technical reports for the department.Collaborate with standardization engineers to update and refine design specifications based on equipment capabilities.
