Job Description Job Summary Responsible for the respective KPI, QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety) Provide consultation to respective Supervisors/LL/LO and other blue collar members under his responsibility in Quality Value stream approach (14Q) – including Products, Services and Supplier Quality Management (eg.BPS) Deploy and implement Plant initiatives to meet company and Business unit KPI's . such as RSL1, DP, IDC Ensure Direct Productivity and failures cost are monitor and drive for improvement Effective manpower planning, budget planning and control. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in technical or manufacturing related discipline Able to communicate orally and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Preferably to have experience in welding technology, Plastic molding, metal stamping, PCBA. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard, TS16949, Product safety requirement eg.UL, CSA, EU will be an added advantage. Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of problem-solving technique in solving Quality issues including risk assessment evaluation Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization, suppliers and customers Knowledge in DOE, SPC, MSA, APQP and PPAP, QFD, 8D, CpK, CmK or Cgk (added advantages) Ability to manage personnel time to ensure the success of a project and completion of assignments. Ability to work with minimum supervision, giving constructive feedback regularly & self-motivation.
