Manufacturing Program Manager will play a critical role in managing the projects towards the goals and timeline set.
This responsibility involves every aspect of the manufacturing process, starting from cost management and culminating in on-time delivery of high-quality products.
You need to be a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of PCBA and system build processes as well as supply chain processes in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry with a passion for driving towards operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
Lead programs as the primary interface between the company and contract manufacturers, ensuring all stakeholders feedback and requirements are addressed promptly
Collaborate efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization to implement a successful lifecycle for each assigned program.
This includes monitoring the financial status of each assigned program, conducting analyses on business efficiency, and controlling the program spending within budget allocated
Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Oversee daily project operations, ensuring strict adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Manage and coordinate program timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Review and drive continuous improvement in cost management and on-time delivery, ensuring all goals set are consistently achieved
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and contract manufacturers to streamline workflows and minimize disruptions
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality control, regulatory and logistics teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
Serve as the primary liaison between contract manufacturers and internal teams to address requirements and resolve issues
Build and maintain strong EMS relationships by having regular meetings and addressing concerns in a timely manner
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, performance metrics, and internal customer feedback
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost internal customer satisfaction and ensure the success of projects
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry and program management.
Strong knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and supply chain workflows in PCBA and System build industry.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.).
Able to read and understand BOM, assembly drawing and engineering collaterals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
