Job Summary: Responsible to manage a team of technician and operators with delivering production good quality, output, safety and 6S in the manufacturing line. To manufacture high quality products for customers with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines, work protocols and corporate policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • As a supervisor, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area. Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules.
• Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility. Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives.
• Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.
• First level defense for machine trouble shooting and process issue prior to escalation.

Educational and Experience • 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor
• Degree in any engineering discipline Preferably EE, Mechanical, Mechatronic, with 5 years' experience in managing technicians in a semiconductor or engineering field
• Able to work shift.
• Experience in precision machining (CNC), Electro Polish, Passivation and surface treatment industry and clean room assembly.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Working in ISO 9001:2015 environment organizations
