Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of optical, electronic or electro-mechanical, mechanical measurement product assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component cleaning & installation, hand soldering, and fitting on assembly units. Perform mechanical and optical alignment for laser tuning. Conduct product performance testing such as functional, leakage, laser performance, and other related testing processes. Conduct electrical testing/troubleshooting. Recommend process improvement plan Education & Experience Possess at least Diploma in Engineering or its equivalents with 2 years or more relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Possess experience in troubleshooting automation machines and able to read electrical drawings/schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical orders. Experience working on a microscope, fiber splicing, optical and laser related products is an added advantage. Follow, comply and ensure good housekeeping and safety in the factory. Open to work beyond normal working hours when the production volume is high.
