We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Technician Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

Let's Talk About the Role:Compliance & Quality:Ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory requirements, and other business systems including Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
Resource Management:Oversee monthly team scheduling and manage overtime plans.
Preventive Maintenance:Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting:Provide guidance to technicians and coordinate with stakeholders to address troubleshooting activities and unplanned downtimes.
Collaboration:Work closely with Engineering Teams to resolve complex issues and drive Business Excellence initiatives.
Inventory Management:Manage spare tools and machine spare parts inventory.
Training:Develop and execute training plans while maintaining accurate training records.
Team Development:Actively develop self and team members to enhance overall team competencies.
Document Integrity:Ensure the integrity of documents and records, such as Maintenance Logs.

Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:Education:Minimum Diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical technology.
Experience:At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
