Our customer is a Management Corporation of Island Plaza, a shopping mall located at Tanjung Tokong.
Job Description
Manage all administrative tasks related to shopping mall coordinating with retailers, tenants, suppliers, various internal teams such as operations, leasing, finance and legal.
Handle tenant's queries, requests concerning to permits etc., and ensure that it is processed on a timely basis for issuance.
Follow up for timely resolution as per established Mall policies and procedures.
Plan and organize year-round events, to liaise with both internal & external parties from conceptualization to completion ensuring that the co-ordination of each event is smooth running.
Develop, promote, and initiate marketing campaigns and tactical promotions with tenants and business partners to ensure steady growth in the mall's foot traffic and tenants' sales.
Prepare Document / Contract for the tenants, Telecommunication Equipment, Kiosks, Promotion space and etc.
Follow up with tenants for timely signature and payments.
Attract event organizers for mall events and exhibitions, explore new and existing market opportunities, and conduct outbound campaigns to generate revenue.
Aggressively seeking revenue through advertising and events for the mall.
Managing social media tasks, including sharing the latest news on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Provide all necessary data / reports on a periodic basis to the Head of Department for review, resolution of issues and prompt decision making.
To manage the planning and execution of A&P activities (seasonal campaigns, new store openings, events, press previews, etc.)
To manage, monitor and constantly keep abreast of the latest A&P trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately for further enhancement of A&P efforts in accordance with brand image.
To perform any others duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Requirements
Certificates/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in marketing, advertising & event and knowledge in shopping mall is an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Spoken language in English, Mandarin, Malay and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Good Administrative Skills
- Computer Skills: Experience in using Power Point, Excel and Microsoft word
- Highly customer service oriented.
- Pleasant personality and active.
