As Market Access Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing market access strategies for our portfolio of healthcare products in Malaysia. You will lead a team of five Market Access Specialists, driving efforts to optimize market access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Malaysian healthcare landscape.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal product access and reimbursement within Malaysia's healthcare environment.Lead and mentor a team of Market Access Specialists, providing guidance and support in executing market access initiatives effectively.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate market access strategies into overall business plans.Build relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, payers, hospitals, and healthcare providers to influence policy decisions and enhance market access opportunities.Monitor healthcare policy changes, pricing regulations, and market trends to anticipate potential impact on market access strategies.Conduct pricing analyses and develop pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and product value propositions.Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on market access strategies, outcomes, and recommendations.Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with specific knowledge of the Malaysian market.Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing a team of market access professionals.Strong understanding of healthcare policy, reimbursement systems, and regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.Effective communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving positive patient outcomes.Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
