Job Description
Responsible to set up the hotel to Go Live on Traveloka.com, TERA Extranet training for new hotels, manage hotel content, handle technical issues experienced by hotels.
Assisting Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected.
Verifying the uploaded data (content) and make sure that everything is complete and correct.
Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skill, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situation, have willingness to learn, independent and have ownership.
Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion.
Process the hotel to go live into Traveloka system.
Handles and assist hotel's partner's enquiries.
Check emails and inform the respective Market Manager for follow up.
Liaise with internal departments to fulfill supply operation requirements.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
New graduates are also welcome.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Hotel, Service and Online Travel Agent businesses.
Fluent in Bahasa and English. Other additional language is a bonus.
