-Plan, drive and manage market research roadmap for market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies within mobile phone industry.
-Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects by using the methodologies of one-on-one interviews and surveys (phone, internet, mobile and written) etc.
-Conduct consumer behaviour analysis by segmenting and developing consumer profiles, pinpointing core target audiences, and providing consumer insights to drive marketing efforts and support business growth.
-Perform market analysis through various tools and channels (e.g., PEST analysis, surveys and market reports) to identify key insights, market and consumer trends, and business opportunities.
-Provide competitive and market findings to support new product and services initiatives.
-Develop and deliver reports by highlighting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders across different levels and functions for business decision-making.
-Proactively monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging research methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.
-Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales team, marketing etc., to ensure that research findings are effectively integrated into business strategies.
-Work closely with external stakeholders for the execution of research projects.
-Lead and manage a team by providing guidance and support in daily activities.
Data Management
-Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to enhance decision-making and drive business growth.
-Maintain and update data databases to ensure they are accessible and function properly.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop dashboards and reports that track and measure sales performance against these metrics.

; Requirements:-
- Must possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field.
-Minimum of three (3) years' working experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
-Experienced in sales force analysis and solutions demonstration.
-Hands-on experience in data analytical tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills, with demonstrated success in translating business problems into data solutions, especially for non-technical stakeholders.
-Demonstrate strong business acumen.
