Job Responsibilities
Market Making Strategy Development and Optimization:
Design and implement efficient market-making strategies based on market conditions.
Optimize trading pairs' depth, liquidity, and price stability.
Algorithm Optimization:
Enhance existing market-making algorithm models to meet market demands.
Improve automation and ensure high-frequency, high-precision market response capabilities.
Real-Time Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of candlestick charts, price levels, and market trends.
Utilize big data analytics to develop precise strategy adjustment plans.
System Performance Enhancement:
Collaborate closely with the technical team to improve the performance of the market-making system, including order matching efficiency, latency management, and risk control.
Team Management and Development:
Build and lead the market-making team, set clear goals, and guide team members in improving their professional skills and execution capabilities.
Real-Time Monitoring and Issue Response:
Monitor market dynamics, quickly identify and resolve anomalies to ensure market stability and trading security.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with product, technology, risk control, and customer support teams to ensure efficient market-making operations and continuously improve user experience.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or related fields preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in market-making operationsat a centralized exchange or financial institution, with 2+ years of team management experience.
Proficient in market analysis, including candlestick charts, price levels, and market data indicators, with the ability to quickly assess market trends.
Strong understanding of market-making mechanisms, including order book management, liquidity optimization, price discovery, and risk control principles.
Exceptional team management skills to motivate team members and drive efficient project completion.
Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, including industry trends and technological advancements.
