In this Role, youll get toResponsible for maximizing thecommercial opportunities in the assigned market through effective sourcing ofaccommodation inventoryInitiate the contractingprocess with the accommodation distributors, develop and maintain excellentrelationships with supplier vendorsMonitor, maintain, andoptimize supplier product rate, inventory, and service quality to enhanceproduct competitivenessFamiliar with connectivity,settlement, and system management backend knowledge and processAdvise suppliers on regularmarketing campaigns and promotionsConduct relevant andinsightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends andcompetitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysisOther assigned tasks andprojects etc.What you'll Need to SucceedProficiency in English and Chinese in order to operate in-house system and liaise with stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Hotel Management or tourism are preferredA minimum of 3 years ofworking experience within the online accommodation distribution businessA deep understanding of theaccommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channelsStrong critical thinking anddata analysis capabilityAnalytical, structured mindsetand problem-solving skills requiredAvailable for businesstrips/partner visits around 30% of the timeWhy Trip.com Group We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
