Marketing Admin Assistant

1. To assist Head of Department with the daily operations especially in the main focus areas: Market Strategy and intelligence & Machine Logistic and Inventory and to support Product Support administrative works. 2. To responsible for receiving and delivery of machine yard, notify machine landed and delivery status to relevant parties. 3. To do good receive and ensure to have a proper filing for record accessories, manual and tool that come with machine after handling from service or workshop department upon machine landed inspection done. 4.To compile, taking photos and proper filing of machine received and dispatch for easy reference and to responsible to construct detail report with photo and other supporting documents to Head of Department if have any issued occurred. 5.To prepare, process, keeping of documentations during machine receiving and delivery, including prepare Delivery Note, Delivery Order and relevant or as per instructed by HOD.DAI LIENG MACHINERY SDN BHD OFFER CAREER OPPORTUNITIES TO PUBLIC AND JOBSEEKER TO GAIN EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN THIS INDUSTRY.Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
