Marketing Admin (Communication) Executive

We are looking for young and energetic person to play a key role to disseminate all internal and external communications.  Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, and ensure campaigns are optimized within budget and timeframe.Support operations team in marketing, events, and visual merchandising.Develop and execute a multi-platform communications strategy aligned with corporate and brand goals.Administer online marketing activities (social media, SEO/SEM, content creation, lead generation, influencer campaigns).Manage communications for Manjaku Live Funding, working with KOL agencies, vendors, and media.Plan and implement CSR initiatives for the brand.Assist in overseeing the Manjaku loyalty program and manage content communications (e-newsletter, push notifications, WhatsApp).Develop customer relations strategies to enhance the client database, brand loyalty, and repeat spending.Handle sponsorship and brand concept requests. Requirement: Possess Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent.Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar role and /or industry. Technical skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets.Strong network of CSR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.Highly proficient in English in writing and speech. Good knowledge of consumer behavior, latest retail trends, social media trends, and developments.A team player with excellent interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Possess own transport to work - IOI City Tower Two Putrajaya.
