KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shopee and Lazada
- Participate in Official Shopee Promotional Events and Lazada Promotional Campaign
- Develop and publish a daily feed on Lazada to gain more exposure
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Create new product listings to ensure new product launches
- Deliver good customer service and manage the needs of our customers through Shopee Chat
- Creating limited-time discounts to boost product sale
TikTok:
- Participate in KOL's LIVE planning and coordination
- Create new product listings to ensure new product launches
- TikTok market research and competitor analysis
- Creating limited-time discounts on KOL's LIVE
- Analyse our stores' sales data
- Participate in the product's photo and video shooting arrangement
- Check through the overall ratings of our stores
- Communicate with the customer service team if any bad ratings have been found
- Suggest new and potential items in the market
- Suggest price revising for items that are unable to sell well and with a big amount of stock
