Marketing Admin Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Admin Executive to support our marketing team in executing and managing various marketing initiatives.
This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing administration and a keen interest in digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating marketing activities.
Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
Manage and update the company's marketing databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
Handle incoming inquiries related to marketing activities and provide timely responses to clients and partners.
Maintain and organize digital files, marketing assets, and project documentation.
Assist in monitoring social media channels, engaging with the online community, and providing feedback to the marketing team.
Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
Support the marketing team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing administration or a related role.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Good command of Chinese, Cantonese, and English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), or content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including managing social media, email campaigns, content creation, and SEO.
Ability to assist in content creation, with a basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) being a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
