The Role:
Administrative SupportManage CMO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain records and files.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CMO.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
Assist in planning and executing team engagement activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Product ManagementAssist in the coordination with internal departments to ensure all materials are ready for product launch.
Assist in market research on competitors' products, market trends, and conduct competitive analysis.
Assist in the interpretation of product design specifications and translate into implementable components in the system.
Participate in UAT planning, preparation, and execution.
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
The Person:
Preferably tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Adaptability to changing priorities and workload.
Initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
