Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)

Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist the marketing department by managing emails, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team (scheduling meetings, preparing reports, etc.).
Support operations involving users, suppliers, and team members.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to collect data, prepare daily reports, and manage other reporting tasks.
Assist with the expansion into new markets while supporting operations in existing markets.
Contribute to projects such as events, exhibitions, and program shoots by providing logistical and coordination support.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, administration, or related fields.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a must.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms).
5 working days/week (Mon - Fri), fully on-site.
