Responsible for handling sales inquiries and following up with existing customers, including managing claims and complaints.
Issue Sales Contracts and other documents required in Sales.
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Work closely with production teams.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Degree holder in any field.
Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
